SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We use Royal Mail postage and aim to get your order in the post within seven working days of receiving it. Presently we only ship to the UK.
All of our candles are priced to include UK postage.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you've changed yourr mind about your purchase, please get in touch as soon as possible. You are welcome to contact us via our website or through social media. Please always offer as much information as you can regarding your order information and your requirements. (i.e you want to choose a different item, or have ordered five when you only really need four) etc.
If we haven't sent your order yet, we will cancel it and you will receive a refund.
If you have changed your mind regarding quantity or type of product, we can always work this out, either by refunding you a portion or accepting a further payment, depending on the situation.
The customer always bears the responsibility for the cost of returning any item.
If a candle has been used, even just a tiny bit, we will be unable to accept any return.
